**What is the opportunity?**

As a Strategic Programs Administrator you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and management of strategic initiatives and programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of strategic projects.

Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Capture and manager RAID logs
- Report all program statuses and RAID management statuses
- Be the first point of contact for all participants of program work
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting
- Through project delivery share insights and collaborate with the continuous improvement team to ensure opportunities for process efficiencies are effectively captured as projects evolve and risks are identified

- Experience working with program delivery teams or on projects
- Experience holding teams to expectations of delivery of tasks on time and on budget
- Experience managing governance mechanisms and logs in detail to ensure audit coverage and accuracy
- Exposure to large scale program delivery and associated governance frameworks
- Critical attention to detail
- High level Time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to hold stakeholders to account on deliverables
- Ability to work in a team environment
