Are you looking for a new challenge and love all things coffee? Do you thrive within the fast-paced world of hospitality? We are looking for a customer driven, and sales focused Duty Manager/ Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in our easy-to-run kiosk style cafe.

**THE ROLE**

This is a full-time role averaging 38 hours per week with a salary of $63,000. The cafe is located on the corner of Gilberts Fresh, Rouse Road in Mandurah and usually operates between the hours of 6:30am and 5:30pm seven days. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:

- Lead and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Coach and lead your team to achieve sales goals
- Staff coordination and training
- Co-ordinate stock control and ordering processes

**ABOUT YOU**
- Supervisory experience in hospitality or sales is desirable
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team to drive sales
- A calm disposition to run a smooth operation at a fast pace
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
