About us

Table 26 Group is looking for an experienced Manager/ Barista All Rounder for our West End branch. We are looking for a customer-focused Manager that can provide the best service possible to our regulars and maintain a consistent standard of service. Table 26 was built on “Eat, Drink, & Love Life” values. We value work life balance and strive to create the best working environment possible.

**Requirements**:

- Either a minimum of two years of experience as a Barista in Australia in a fast-paced cafe (_Being Campos Coffee trained is a plus - but not required as we will further up-skill you) OR able _to demonstrate the ability to produce consistently good shots following a recipe and texture milk perfectly to produce latte art in a fast paced environment.
- Rostering experience - MUST HAVE (_Experience in Deputy rostering app is a plus)._
- _Ability to prioritise and make difficult decisions in fast paced environment_
- _Ability to professionally diffuse disgruntled customer situations with empathy and tact._
- Professional presentation, impeccable hygiene and high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent customer service, with a friendly, happy demeanour.
- Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting experience.
- Proactive approach, with a "can-do attitude", genuine “care factor” and a “whatever it takes" thinking
- _Ability to lead the team by example and inspire the team to achieve great customer service goal together. _
- Punctual with excellent time-management and prioritising.
- All rounder skill set required (includes but not limited to): wait work, dishes, clean up & pack up, ordering, opening & closing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Roster efficiently and meet labour cost target without compromising service
- Barista all-rounder duties
- Cash register reconciliation
- Supervise and lead fellow team members
- Stock control
- Customer feedback response
- Open & close the store
- Meet KPI targets

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
