With our North Geelong Store busier than ever, we are excited to commence recruitment for an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our dynamic Cafe 24/7 team.

The Role

This position requires an effective and energetic Café Supervisor to assist the Cafe Manager who possesses great people management capabilities and at least 1-year prior experience in a cafe/hospitality leadership role. Candidates who have a chef or cooking background are strongly encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will possess maturity, initiative and high organisation and time management skills along with relevant food handling knowledge and certification. The ability to help lead and motivate the team along with administration relating to rostering and stock ordering is essential.

The successful candidate will possess a dynamic and team focused personality, strong work ethic and willingness to learn at all times along with the flexibility to work over a morning and afternoon roster, in rotation.

  • Ability to help mentor and lead our team effectively at all times.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment offering prompt and reliable service.
  • Maturity, trustworthiness and honesty.
  • Relevant food handling qualifications and an understanding of all food safety and hygiene requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation.
  • Creativity to inspire customers through Cafe presentation, merchandising and stock management.
  • Ability to delight our customers with amazing customer service.
  • Maintaining optimal Cafe cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
