Our West Pinjarra Cafe is a must stop destination for travellers along the Forrest Highway. We're searching for a dynamic Cafe Assistant Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Cafe Assistant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the Cafe Manager in day-to-day operations, from opening to closing
- Leading and motivating the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Conducting staff training to ensure consistent service and adherence to company policies
- Managing cafe inventory, including ordering supplies and overseeing stock levels
- Implementing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

**About You**:

- Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanour
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts between 6am and 7pm, including weekends and public holidays
- Desirable: Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality setting

**Salary**: Up to $62,984.00 per year
