Winter's Cafe is looking for a dedicated, energetic, and people-focused Front of House

Manager to lead our friendly team and keep things running smoothly on the floor.

Location: Winter's Cafe, 330 Pakington Street, Geelong

Position: Full-Time | Front of House Manager

Start Date: ASAP

About Us

Winter's Cafe is a local favourite known for its cozy atmosphere, quality coffee, and

seasonal menus made with love. We believe in great service, teamwork, and creating a

space that feels like a second home—for both our guests and our staff.

What You'll Do

As our Front of House Manager, you'll:


• Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team to deliver top-notch service


• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including scheduling, staff management,

and timesheet approval


• Ensure an excellent customer experience every time


• Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care


• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow


• Monitor inventory and place FOH orders as needed


• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards


• Manage and post on Social Media accounts to help raise revenue

What We're Looking For


• Previous experience in a front-of-house supervisory or management role (hospitality

or cafe setting preferred)


• A natural leader with strong communication and people skills


• Passionate about customer service and creating a welcoming environment


• Organised, proactive, and able to handle a fast-paced environment


• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
• Barista experience is a big plus, but not essential
