**What is the role?**
We currently have an opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Workplace Specialist (Hospitality, Mail and Loading Dock Services) to join our dynamic team in Macquarie Park.
We are seeking a customer experience champion who can help us deliver unscripted, personalised service in a casual corporate environment. The role is based in a state-of-the-art corporate campus within Macquarie Park and has a Monday to
Friday schedule, shifts between 0530 and 1800.

**Casual role - 16 - 40 hours per week.**
**What will be involved in your day-to-day tasks?**
- Provide an engaging on brand welcome and farewell to all staff, clients and contractors entering the site
- Maintain the corporate hospitality floors in excellent condition
- Provide support for meeting rooms bookings
- Delivering 5-star service for all catering and events in the front of house meeting rooms, including service throughout the event
- Receive incoming deliveries, including those on pallets Safe manual handling - understanding how to handle general packets, boxes, pallets etc.
with correct handling techniques
- Forklift experience - Valid Forklift vehicle license is preferred, but training can be provided as forklifts are used approximately 10% of the day as required for ad-hoc purposes.
- To deliver daily Mail Service operations such as handling incoming and outgoing mail to and from client employees in accordance to set timeframes.
- Maintaining solid product, system and procedural knowledge of all lines of the standard and non-standard lines of stationery, parcel and mail processes
- Successfully complete and assist in the receipt/despatch of a Courier booking using current practises and procedures.
- Proactively following up on situations required where customers are tracking parcels or mail, exhausting all avenues to meet customer’s expectations and seek resolve
- Conducting screening process and induction for all ad-hoc internal and external contractors to allow entry on-site following specified requirements met.
- Seek opportunities to implement process improvements and/or refine current practices as they may be to enhance the Customer experience and monitor own quality of work
- Complete Work Ready audits of office floors and log jobs with relevant teams as required
- Provide support and coverage to the wider Property operations team, including the Loading Dock, Workplace Concierge and Front of House team
- Assist with administrative tasks as per the request from the client
- Recognise VIPs, guests and building staff and use their names wherever possible.
- Provide a service level beyond the tenant’s expectations to go above and beyond
- Look for ways to improve the tenant's experience of working within the building.
