This team management software company is best known as a way to manage projects and work tasks, but its vision is much larger. The software is a home for every app and tool and integration that someone might need to do their jobs.

Major brands such as
**Uber, PayPal, WIX, Coca Cola, Universal Music, Canva, Hubspot,** (the list goes on), rave about the platform. These guys are making some serious noise in the market.

**The opportunity**:

- Owner of the company office and smooth office operations
- Enhance employee experience for our great office environment
- Plan, coordinate and execute office maintenance, housekeeping activities (janitorial and cleaning)
- Help plan and execute any office related project such as: renovations, office move, equipment repair activities, sustainability etc.
- Monitor and manage all facilities systems, build and execute facilities management/break and leakage plan, own security & safety in the office, providing a timely response to any office emergency situations
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and environmental, health and safety industry standard
- Source vendors, manage office vendor negotiations and relationships over time
- Promote an excitable employee work environment by executing events such as: birthday celebrations, work anniversaries, company parties, team activities, etc.
- Organize employee events such as holiday parties, company offsites, etc.

**Your Experience & Skills**:

- Previous experience in workplace/facilities positions or similar roles (fast pace environment - big plus)
- Previous experience in events planning.
- Strategic approach to planning/problem solving combined with hands on approach/strong execution skills - Must.
- Customer centric approach.
- Proven experience with running a functional, engaging, aesthetic environment: facilities management, workplace service providers and housekeeping team.
