Our client is looking for a PMO Finance Analyst within its IT division.

Reporting to the Technology PMO Manager the PMO Finance Analyst will maintain the process to support all aspects of financial management and time reporting across IT projects and programs. This will include tracking and reporting financial performance against baseline, including forecasts, vendor costs and milestone achievement.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Establish and monitor IT key financial indicators.
- Analyse financial performance metrics and benchmarks performance
- Provide analysis and reporting to support the technology program delivery governance forums.
- Provide monthly forecast updates
- Complete analysis for IT related projects: project improvement assessment, cost saving initiatives and cost drivers, and shares insights
- Support Project Managers in preparation and coordination of reports, plans and forecasts relating to Technology financial performance.
- Assist in raising Purchase Requisitions, Service and Goods receipting for invoice payments, end of month accruals and adjustment journals in SAP.
- Projects/Work Orders set up as well as settlement and closing completed projects.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Relevant Degree in IT or Finance
- Previous experience as a PMO Finance Analyst
- Experience in preparing financial reports for IT projects
- Experience in Projects/Work Orders set up
- Experience with SAP for financial reports
- Excellent Communication Skills
