**About the role**:
This important role will work within the Admissions & Enrolments Team and be responsible for converting registrations to enrolments and ensuring students are given support both pre and post training commencement.

As the Admissions & Enrolments Officer, you’ll be responsible for progressing a student's registration through to enrolment, by reviewing documentation against relevant compliance requirements and follow-up with students regularly to complete their enrolment.

**About you**:
To succeed in this role, you will be a strong communicator with a can-do attitude and solid experience in customer service and administration. You will be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines within a fast-paced organisation as team and individually.

With an eye for detail, you will ensure your work has been completed correctly against compliance requirements with clear and concise contact notes within our student management system. You will also thrive working towards Daily, & Weekly KPI’s with a high degree of personal accountability.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**:

- Working with students to complete all enrolment paperwork, including pre-training reviews, towards them beginning their studies with BAA;
- Providing accurate enrolment advice and support to a variety of internal and external stakeholders;
- Accurately collect all information including evidence required against funding eligibility requirements;
- Communicating effectively with students in relation to student enrolment processes
- Accurately and efficiently using student data systems including VETtrak to process student data.
- Our Admissions & Enrolments team members work varied hours therefore availability between 8:30 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Friday may be required.
