We're now looking for a highly experienced Industry Technology Executive to take on a pivotal role within our demanding yet deeply rewarding team, working closely alongside seasoned industry experts and former Defence personnel.

**About the role**

As an expert in Defence solutions, you will manage technical relationships with customers, relate Fujitsu's industry capabilities to customer needs, champion customer outcomes within the broader business and become a trusted advisor for key strategic customers.

You'll engage directly and strategically with Defence stakeholders, driving innovative, tailored technology solutions essential to Defences strategic and operational objectives. If you're comfortable with a predictable, remote-only job, this isn't it. **About you**

To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following:

- 10+ years' experience in Strategy and Management Consulting with IT and experience as a leader delivering successful solutions / programs within the defence industry.
- Experience working in distributed virtual teams, demonstrating solid collaboration and negotiation skills that result in positive outcomes for many stakeholders
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- This role requires broad technology knowledge, business acumen and the ability to provide strategic technical direction and leadership, as well as the executive presence to enhance Fujitsu position within Defence.
- A proven track record in leading high performing teams and promoting a culture which is inclusive, encourages initiative and innovation and strives for continuous improvement.
