**Description**:
As an EA within our team, you will provide timely support to our Director (and associated functions) for:

- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
- Managing and organising calendars
- Making travel arrangements (such as booking flights, accomodation, taxis for executives)
- Answering phones, screening calls and directing to the appropriate person or department
- Taking notes at meetings
- Booking meeting rooms and ordering lunches for meetings
- General administration duties such as filing, scanning documents, faxing
- Sorting incoming mail into categories (e.g. action required, no action required)
- Compiling market research information (e.g. gathering industry information)
- Organising events like workshops or conferences

**Skills and Experiences**:

- High level of organisational and planning skills to enable you to balance multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional discretion
- Desired - Hold an active Australian Government Security Clearance (or have the ability to obtain one)
