**About the role**

Reporting into the Program Organisational Change Manager, Learning Manager will act as a Lead in Business Engagement and Readiness Team and manage a small team of trainers.

Learning manager with work closely with Digital Communications Specialist and Change Managers, the Director, Product Owners, Project Managers, Departmental training teams and technical teams that support the delivery and update of Training Environments.

**Responsibilities**
- Continue to implement and drive the Learning Approach with internal and external stakeholders
- Work with the Training Team to undertake training needs analyses and develop training plans in consultation with business stakeholders for approval by project boards.
- Manage the Training Team in the development and delivery of contemporary, multi-modal, fit for purpose and cost-effective training outputs.
- Contribute to the Online Guided Learning body of work focusing on the connection between the training products and this support tool (to embed the learning).
- Defining skills required for the training team to support the development of the Online Guided Learning tool and supporting capability uplift.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven ability to work with program, business and technical stakeholders to analyse training needs, develop training plans and work with a team to develop contemporary, fit for purpose, cost effective training materials that aligns with scheduled timelines.
- Proven ability to manage, track and report on all training elements in a timely manner.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, influencing and leadership skills that will be called upon to manage a team of resources as well as participate in the Program Leadership team and initiate, influence and maintain effective relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders
