**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading the execution of our Strategic Partnerships strategy along with leading the market expansion of Beam, our online clearing house product. You will manage and motivate a team of specialists to drive an energised sales culture to increase net inflows and new member numbers through employer and software channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven negotiator who is commercially astute and capable of influencing senior audiences in the technology and financial services sectors.

This role is available as a **permanent** opportunity.

We're **flexible** with location provided you can attend our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne office at least once a week.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- Extensive experience in business development preferably within technology (Fintech) and financial services sectors including payroll.
- Financial services experience and the ability to demonstrate knowledge of the associated legislation that operates within the superannuation environment.
- Strong negotiating skills, diplomacy and communication capabilities. Adept with technology and methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership, people management and coaching experience.
- Excellent judgement, mature thinker, and experience working and communicating with executives. Must have comfort level presenting to executives demonstrating intellectual curiosity.
- Experience with building, developing and growing strategic partnerships that deliver long term growth and customer satisfaction.
