**The Role**
Reporting to the CEO, we require a Customer Engagement Manager who has had industry experience in the Veterinary/Science/Healthcare sectors in Customer Service and has a strong understanding of customer engagement and service delivery.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Raise and process purchase orders
- Office Administration and Word Processing
- Having appropriate and engaged conversations with customers and than translating this back to the laboratory staff.
- Review customer accounts, contracts
- Engaging with veterinarians
- General admin ad-hoc duties as required

**About you**
- Previous experience in a similar position in the Veterinary or Animal Health industry would be highly desirable
- Task-orientated with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage own workload and work autonomously
- Strong Microsoft Office skills

This is a 38 hour week, full-time hours permanent role. There is car parking on-site and no weekend work is involved.
