Hatch is supporting Splend to find a great Learning and Development Specialist to join their People and Culture team. Hatch exists to level the playing field for people as they discover a career that’s right for them. We model this in our hiring process for our partners like Splend.

**About the role at Splend**

Our Learning and Development Advisor role will join us on a 6-month contract and be responsible for rolling out our new learning and development initiatives and platform. The roll out will be split into three project stages: configuration, deployment, and engagement. The stages will look something like this:
**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Learning and Development Strategy Development - Design and implement plans that align employee skills and goals to the organization’s vision and strategy
- Learning and Development Coordination - Coordinate and prepare people, resources, and processes to ensure the effective and timely delivery of all learning programs
- Learning Design and Execution - Design, build, and deliver training and development opportunities, in order to meet business needs

- Social skills - Behaves and communicates effectively in different social situations and with a variety of different people
- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Creativity - Generates multiple innovative/new/novel ideas to solve a problem

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
