About the Role:
Learning and Development Specialist's play a critical role in coaching and supporting not only our Franchisees but 7 Eleven employees in store operations and business management principles through both classroom facilitation and on the job training.
Reporting to our NSW Learning and Development Lead, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of all Franchisee, Corporate Store and support office initiatives, specifically in relation to the coordination, design, delivery and evaluation of development programs.
Responsibilities include:
As Learning and Development Specialist you will be accountable for delivered sessions consistently across all programs and for applying a coaching methodology when giving feedback to participants within programs. You will also be responsible for:
- Applying adult learning principles to content and facilitation delivery
- Delivering an adapt facilitation to different learning styles and levels of knowledge
- The ongoing review of training materials and activities including providing feedback to stakeholders to ensure engaging and interactive learning
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to support cross functional teams with training
To be successful in this role you would have:
- Experience in delivering and facilitating leadership programs to different audiences and learning styles
- Demonstrated ability to simultaneously program manage multiple programs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Ability to plan workload and work autonomously
- Relevant qualifications at a tertiary level is desirable but not essential
