**The role**: As Technical Delivery Manager, you will be working directly with strategists, creatives and clients to ensure the effective translation of thinking into high-quality initiatives. You will lead the software development team in the design, and planning of highly complex infrastructure and software solutions for Queensland Health. Key Duties will include;
- Oversee ICT software architecture and technical implementation within the DevOps set of practices that work to automate and integrate the processes between software development and IT teams
- Lead continual development and improvement of ICT software development architecture and design to ensure strategic alignment to enterprise-wide business ICT architectures
- Manage the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation.

Are you right for this role?To be successful in this role, you will have practical experience, including exposure to industry software architecture and development best practices within the DevOps set of practices. You will have extensive experience and knowledge in architecting, designing, and building enterprise software systems with experience in the following:

- .Net Framework
- JavaScript Contemporary web development frameworks (e.g. React JS)
- HTML5
- Database ORM tooling
- Testing Frameworks
- Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment concepts and toolsets
- Visual studio and Microsoft DevOps toolset
- Secure interfacing technologies (Web Services, REST)
- Cloud Technologies (e.g AWS, Azure)

Crucially, you will bring a positive and proactive approach to work and effectively lead a collaboratively high performing team. Your well-developed problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills will allow you to effectively negotiate, advise, influence and consult with stakeholders to guide project delivery.
