**About the role**

As the Technical Delivery Lead you will manage the end-to-end technical delivery for Great Southern Bank’s critical technology systems. You will manage a diverse team of multi discipline technical specialists creating a culture of exceptional service, teamwork, commitment to excellence, and a professional ethic that enables the achievement of platform and organisational objectives.

You will co-ordinate technology Release and Change management activities and be available to work outside of standard business hours to implement Great Southern Bank change initiatives. As a key member of the delivery function at Great Southern Bank you will be a trusted advisor to business partners from the Chief Customer Office (CCO) offering innovative technology solutions to solve business and customer problems. The role encompasses evaluating, planning, scheduling, and managing technology deliverables to ensure scope, budget, quality, milestones, risks, and issues are maintained from design, through the development life cycle, to post implementation production support.

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience working in a lead role in a software delivery environment
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to business stakeholders
- Sound understanding of IT Service Management principles and practices
- Experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle utilising a variety of methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including facilitating workshops, building relationships, and interacting with key stakeholder across all levels of the organisation
- Experience with vendor performance and relationship management
- Ideally experience in the Financial Industry
- Sound understanding of Organisational Change Management
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline, and/or
- Experience with PMBok, PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies or similar
