As the Technical Delivery Lead you will manage the end-to-end technical delivery for Great Southern Bank’s critical technology systems. You will manage a diverse team of multi discipline technical specialists creating a culture of exceptional service, teamwork, commitment to excellence and a professional ethic that enables the achievement of platform and organisational objectives.

This is a 12-month max-term contract located in Brisbane, offering the flexibility to work from home two days a week while contributing to meaningful, enterprise-wide projects.

**You’ll make an impact by**:
You will report to the Customer Experience Platform Manager and form part of the Customer Experience leadership team. You will have a team of technical specialists reporting to you across disciplines such as development, analysis testing and integration.
- Create a culture of exceptional service, teamwork, commitment to excellence and a professional ethic that enables the achievement of team and organisational objectives.
- Manage a team of geographically dispersed multi discipline technology specialists in a cross functional environment including offshore vendor resources with diverse technical skill set.
- Collaborate across Technology Office delivery teams to manage and communicate inter-dependency risk, delivery timelines, business, and customer impacts.
- Lead quarterly planning, creating and presenting a plan for your delivery stream to deliver organisational change.
- Co-ordinate go live activities and facilitate development, maintenance, and implementation of system solutions through technology partners and internal IT service providers ensuring compliance to Great Southern Bank’s change management processes.

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Experience working in a lead role in a software delivery environment
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to business stakeholders
- Sound understanding of IT Service Management principles and practices
- Experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle utilising a variety of methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including facilitating workshops, building relationships, and interacting with key stakeholder across all levels of the organisation
- Experience with vendor performance and relationship management
- Ideally experience in the Financial Industry
