Technical Delivery Lead

As the Technical Delivery Lead you will manage the end-to-end technical delivery for Great Southern Bank’s critical technology systems and production support in home lending. The role encompasses evaluating, planning, scheduling, and managing technology deliverables to ensure scope, budget, quality, milestones, risks, and issues are maintained from design, through the development life cycle, to post implementation production support.

**You’ll make an impact by**:

- Being a trusted partner to the business leveraging technology using lateral thinking to solve a range of business and technical challenges
- Working collaboratively across Technology Office delivery teams to manage and communicate inter-dependency risk, delivery timelines, business, and customer impacts
- Work closely with stakeholders and strategic programs to build and prioritise a backlog of deliverables and plan delivery based on available team capacity, strategic alignment, and business priority
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of vendor quality processes, report on the outcomes and provide feedback in vendor relationship meetings
- Co-ordinate go live activities and facilitate development, maintenance, and implementation of system solutions through technology partners and internal IT service providers
- Manage incidents and problems by working with a range of technology and business teams to manage to resolution.

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Sound experience of our home lending platform - Lendfast
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to business stakeholders
- Sound understanding of IT Service Management principles and practices
- Experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) utilising a variety of methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including facilitating workshops, building relationships, and interacting with key stakeholder across all levels of the organisation
- Experience with vendor performance and relationship management ideally with Cloud partner or SaaS solutions
- Sound understanding of Organisational Change Management
