**The Opportunity**

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admin & Operations Coordinator with strong administration skills, to support our strong team culture where our clients come first.

Reporting to the Business Manager, this varied and hands-on role is crucial to the success and smooth management of the business and our projects.

You’ll thrive on being the ‘go-to’ person - an organised and proactive individual who shows initiative, drive and attention to detail that strives to achieve excellence by consistently going above and beyond.

There will be a key focus on streamlining processes across the business and delivering innovative outcomes to increase efficiency and productivity, which in turn will enhance the service we provide to our clients. This diverse role will see you support our operational requirements, new system implementation, workplace processes, office management, sales & marketing, HR and more.

**The Role**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage and update business systems, document workflows & processes, test and implement new systems
- Manage office duties and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the deluxe head office
- Manage IT/desk set up of new employees and manage external IT support provider
- Manage and issue EOI's to clients, prepare client packs and coordinate client retention initiatives
- Coordinate daily client service requests and ensure they are fulfilled by the project team
- Support the project delivery team with admin tasks; inductions, preparing safety documentation, client bookings, staff allocations etc
- Implement initiatives to improve internal processes and operational capability across the business
- Maintain and update project and client databases/spreadsheets
- Manage the full recruitment process - onboarding/offboarding, training, company policies and procedures
- Create marketing presentations and proposals
- Implement training processes & create presentations for field staff
- Coordinate operations meetings & minute actions
- Prepare reports for the management team

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have;
- Previous experience in a similar role; demonstrating business process enhancement and new system implementation
- A strong understanding of business administration and processes
- High-level analytical skills
- Tech-savvy and advanced Microsoft 365 skills
- Strong planning and execution skills to deliver a range of initiatives/projects from inception to completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and without supervision
- Takes full ownership and accountability of tasks
- Exceptional time-management skills and prioritisation
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality work and attention to detail
- Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- A professional and positive can-do attitude
- Focused on delivering a premium client experience
- Strong work ethic, demonstrates initiative and is deadline driven

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
