Administration Coordinator

We are a busy vehicle inspection station, working on behalf of the Department of Transport.
Our Administration Coordinator is the first point of contact for our busy Vehicle Inspection Station. You will have a professional demeanor, a high level of customer service and will be responsible for the efficient flow of work through business on a daily basis.
- Taking bookings by telephone
- Scheduling inspections and managing the days workflow
- Managing the office and processing paperwork as required
- Manage office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Assist in digital marketing and be social media savy
- Good customer service skills and dealing with a wide range of people
- Take payments for inspections and reconciling the weekly takings
Further professional training and development will be available for the right applicant, and other opportunities in the motoring industry may be available.
Must have:
- Drivers License
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in an office environment
- Time management skills
- An interest in motoring/vehicles would be an advantage
**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
