As the **Associate Market Risk Analytics (MRA)**, you will join the **Market Risk Analytics team** to provide timely and quality insights and analytics, enabling new Risk products and ensure we are driving the right outcomes for our customers.
**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:
- Be responsible for accurate and timely reporting of market risk metrics against risk appetite limit structures to key stakeholders.
- Business support and maintenance of the Market Risk Internal-Model framework and systems from which risk metrics are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform deep dive analysis to add value to the Internal-Model, risk framework and decision making for senior leaders.
- Develop and maintain models and tools for Market Risk analysis.
- Work collaboratively and effectively with key stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes that maintain a robust risk framework and escalate material issues to the Manager of MRA.
**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:
- Previous experience in financial services, data sciences, Engineering or related discipline preferred.
- Strong knowledge of risks, controls and compliance obligations with knowledge of financial markets or related products will be highly regarded.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions, generate ideas and solutions, and resolve complex problems.
- Strong engagement and influencing skills with the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders, including to senior level, to deliver outcomes.
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel and experience with SQL and Python preferred.
