You will provide effective HR admin support and first level advise to Managers and staff on people matters. Working closely with our P&C Business Partners you will meet ongoing and ad-hoc reporting needs and be part of our audit and accreditation processes. You will support our change management process as we built foundational tools and align our systems and procedures with contemporary practice.

This is a full time position based from Kingsgrove. Ideally you will be at the point of your career where you are looking to gain further operational HR experience in an advisory capacity.

**What you need to succeed**:
In addition to a degree in Human Resources or are working towards it you will have:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a HR operational environment
- Good understanding of employment legislation, awards, industrial agreements and contemporary HR practice
- Great attention to detail with the ability to question the pieces that are missing or don't make sense
- The ability to work both autonomously and contribute to team outcomes while identifying what issues require escalation
- The ability to balance multiple tasks, manage interruptions and competing priorities effectively
- Capacity to roll your sleeves up, get involved in projects and learn about our service
