**About The Role**

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for an Internal Investigator to work within our Legal Services Division.

This role is responsible for leading investigations across all Scope Group enterprises into serious and complex investigations concerning employee and customer incidents. The role will be critical in contributing to a continuous improvement approach within Scope’s process of investigations whilst working closely with both the Legal, Investigations, People & Culture and OHS Teams to ensure a best practice approach.

This is a hybrid role, based from home and our office in Kingsgrove.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience with leading investigations of a complex nature with particular emphasis on workplace investigations
- Minimum 5 years + experience in a professional People and Culture Partner, Investigations and/or Employment Relation (ER)/Industrial Relations (IR) investigations role or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in interpreting relevant employment related legislation including Fair Work Act, Employment Standards and Modern Awards
- Demonstrated experience working in a highly unionised working environment and experience conducting staff respondent interviews unsupervised with union representatives present
- Working knowledge of risk management practice, process, and systems
- Understanding or the ability to acquire understanding of best practice in working with people with disability
- Understanding of the Disability not for profit sector and its regulatory requirements.
- Full drivers license
- A Diploma in Government or Employee Investigations (Desirable)
