Are you a HR student looking to gain practical work experience whilst you complete your studies?

Join the People & Culture team at Disability Services Australia (DSA) as our People & Culture Volunteer and support us with the administration of the end-to-end employee life cycle.

Ideally you will be looking to volunteer a minimum of 1 day a week. Based in Kingsgrove.

**What you’ll have exposure to**:
- Onboarding new employees
- Developing an understanding of our employment terms and our termination process
- Maintaining employee records
- Responding to HR queries
- Assisting with upcoming project work

**What you need to succeed**:

- Positive can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn and share ideas
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Studying Human Resources at an Australian University. Open to students at any stage in your degree.
