Our receptionist staff are pivotal to the success of our clinics and the positive experience for our clients. This position will suit someone who is looking for a diverse role and an opportunity to showcase their outstanding customer service and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Reception duties - Ensuring clients have a positive experience with our practice from their very first phone call.
- Helping to drive referrals to the clinic by building relationships with GPs and other healthcare professionals.
- Assisting with GP clinic drop-ins, lunches, marketing correspondence and event planning.
- Handle patient appointments, maintain records and process accounts.

To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a busy, client-facing environment providing exceptional customer service. You love the challenge of a high performing team as you are self-motivated, highly organised and can priorities efficiently.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Knowledge of Medicare and HICAPS systems.
- Experience and knowledge of multiple patient management systems and software.
- Previous experience managing a busy Medical Practice.
- Comprehensive knowledge of online claiming and MBS as it pertains to provision of psychological services (desirable).
