The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Territory Sales Representative to join our sales team in the Mid North Coast and New England regions. As the face of our brand in your territory, you will nurture customer relationships, grow our presence, and drive sales through strategic planning, merchandising, and local market insights.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales within your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and trade partners
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Represent a diverse, award-winning portfolio of wines

Requirements

  • Proven success in FMCG sales (wine industry experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for wine and the industry
