Sales Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage customer relationships and drive growth across various platforms.
This role involves overseeing a portfolio of customers, encompassing both sales and service responsibilities, to ensure a holistic approach to customer relationship management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ICT or Telco Sales roles, with a strong understanding of customer base dynamics and experience in engaging with potential clients.
- Take ownership of managing relevant customer relationships to support ongoing development, drive customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
- Contribute to implementing segment and portfolio strategy to support retention and growth of customer portfolios.
- Manage inbound/outbound customer sales and service contracts, exploring sales opportunities and responding to queries.
The successful candidate will be able to build and maintain relationships through effective communication and follow-up, and possess sound knowledge of market trends and customer needs.
