Project Engagement Leader

As the Project Engagement Leader, you will play a key role in shaping how we connect with the communities we serve. You will inspire and lead a team of specialists to deliver authentic and transparent engagement that builds trust and strengthens our social licence.

  • Inspire and lead a team delivering engagement across a range of energy projects
  • Oversight of strategic project engagement planning and implementation to inform project progression
  • Create space for meaningful conversations with communities and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to influence decisions and manage reputational risks

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a passion for building meaningful relationships and leading their team to deliver best practice project engagement. With deep experience in managing complex projects, they will confidently navigate challenges, inspire their team to create real impact, and protect and strengthen our corporate reputation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing engagement strategies that build trust and strengthen our social licence
  • Leading a team of specialists to deliver high-quality engagement outcomes
  • Building strong relationships with communities and stakeholders
  • Managing reputational risks and ensuring that our brand is protected
