Join Our Graduate Program

As a Graduate Engineer, you will be part of a vibrant team instrumental in powering our future while contributing significantly to the energy transition. You will support our efforts as a leading gas producer for both Australian and international markets.

Our three-year transformative program offers hands-on learning, role rotations, comprehensive training, mentorship, and development opportunities to shape your career. You will work in various roles across the business in site and office environments, gaining a strong technical foundation and diverse experiences outside your core discipline.

What We Are Looking For
  • Strong educational background in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Petroleum, Mechatronics, or Civil.
  • Proactive problem-solvers, clear communicators, and strong collaborators who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy applying technical knowledge to real-world challenges.
  • Enthusiasm to grow engineering expertise across diverse projects and contribute to Australia's energy transformation and sustainability.
  • Primarily based in Brisbane, with opportunities at both office and operational sites.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency is required, with availability to start full-time.
