Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business development initiatives, including tendering and bidding processes, to drive growth and expansion.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate Tier 2 commercial and government projects to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Led tender process from start to finish, coordinating submissions and ensuring compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive bid strategies and accurate proposals.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) protocols throughout all project phases.
  • Research client needs, project specifications, and market conditions for effective bidding.
  • Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships, negotiating terms and securing resources.
  • Cultivate client and industry relationships to identify future opportunities.
  • Provide extensive industry knowledge in excavation, demolition, civil works, and earthmoving projects.
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Regularly report to directors and shareholders, demonstrating project performance and opportunities for growth.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Experience in business planning and sales, preferably in the construction or demolition industry.
  • Project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering successful projects within budget and schedule.
  • Qualification in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related fields.
  • White Card and Asbestos ticket preferred.
  • Australian Unrestricted Driver Licence.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
