System Support Specialist

Job Description:

Our organization requires a skilled System Support Specialist to provide operational and strategic support to investment teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing systems and applications, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate upcoming projects and transformations by supporting critical investment management systems.
  • Develop, maintain and support BI reports, automated workflows and data dashboards.
  • Analyze business processes and functions to specify and apply system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for troubleshooting and testing, offering technical support for applications and integrations.
Requirements:
  • Must have experience in supporting investment systems such as Charles River, BlackRock Aladdin and/or Simcorp Dimension.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in an Application Support role.
  • Financial services domain experience and knowledge required.
  • ITIL experience or working knowledge of incident, problem & change management.

A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem solving is essential for this role.
