Job Title: Search Engine Marketing Specialist

We're seeking an innovative Digital Marketer to develop and execute effective search engine strategies that drive traffic, increase conversions, and improve online visibility.

Crown Resorts is looking for a skilled professional with hands-on digital marketing expertise to lead our SEM efforts. Reporting to the Group Head of Digital Product, Strategy & Design, this role requires strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills to craft compelling ad copy/content and landing pages that capture audience attention and improve click-through rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing and executing Crown Resort's SEM strategies using various marketing platforms.
  • Conducting keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and trends.
  • Creating and optimising compelling ad copy/content and landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates.
  • Providing accurate daily, weekly, and monthly analysis and data on campaign execution to key stakeholders.
  • Contributing to briefings and reviews from cross-functional teams to optimise promotional activities and targeting requirements.
  • Working with external agencies responsible for the development and delivery of complex promotional campaigns and advertising.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in SEM digital marketing gained in-house or agency background.
  • A strong working knowledge of SA360, Google Merchant Centre, and Google Ads.
  • Experience in bid management and managing budget allocation.
  • A proven ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant marketing or digital discipline preferred but not essential.
