Job Title: Digital Growth Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Growth Strategist to develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various online channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media advertising, website analytics, and data analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Strategy: Developing and executing performance marketing strategies for paid advertising, affiliate marketing, and other online channels.
  • Budget Management: Effectively managing and allocating budgets across marketing channels and campaigns to maximise ROI.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks that impact campaign performance or budget allocation.
  • Ad Creatives and Content: Collaborating with the Brand/Creative team to create compelling ad creatives and landing page content that resonates with the target audience and drives conversions.
  • Data Analysis: Continuously analysing campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Generating regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to stakeholders. KPIs may include ROI, CAC, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
  • Compliance: Ensuring marketing campaigns comply with relevant laws and regulations regarding data privacy and advertising standards.
  • Personalization and Segmentation: Utilising MarTech tools to create personalised and targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and behaviour analysis.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Social Media advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and awareness of Website Analytics (Google Analytics).
  • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
  • Hands-on experience/skills in platforms such as Google AdWords, Bing Ads, SA360, DV360, CM360, GA4 etc.
  • Deep understanding of data or data modelling and ability to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.
  • Experience working on a Performance Media (SEM and Social) strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and metrics measurement background.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
