
Safety Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WHS Compliance Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide leadership, support, and training to compliance team members and oversee the successful onboarding of subcontractors in line with safety standards.
- Conducting periodic documented safety and compliance inspections, including review of SWMS.
- Maintaining various registers and reporting requirements of the WHS Management System.
- Coordinating emergency preparedness requirements, such as first aid and fire safety compliance at corporate sites and display homes.
- Assisting with the development and execution of the WHS annual safety plan, including facilitating WHS induction and training to improve safety awareness.
- Providing training and guidance for WHS committees and coordinating their reporting requirements.
The successful candidate will be an integral member of the People, Culture and Safety (PSC) team, reporting to the National WHS Manager. Key qualifications include a thorough understanding of the WHS Act and Standards, strong organisational skills, and experience working in a similar role. A Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety is also required.
This national role involves managing vendor and subcontractor compliance across the portfolio.
