About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Safety Leadership Specialist to drive our safety strategy and systems across NSW. This role goes beyond compliance, embedding our approach into day-to-day project delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Safety Operations, you will provide leadership, guidance, and career development support to our team of NSW Safety Advisors.

You will work closely with project teams and clients to strengthen relationships, build trust, and deliver better safety outcomes.

With projects located across NSW, regular travel is required. This is a hands-on leadership role where your influence will be felt across multiple projects, helping us maintain our reputation as a contractor that prioritizes people's safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies and systems.
  • Lead and develop a team of safety professionals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and project teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure a safe working environment.
What You'll Bring:
  • Demonstrated experience in senior safety leadership roles within construction or infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, systems, and accreditations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and drive safety outcomes across multiple projects.
