Job Title: Health and Safety Executive

This role demands a dynamic, collaborative and forward thinking individual to lead a team of health, safety and wellbeing specialists. As the Health and Safety Executive, you will spearhead the implementation of health, safety and wellbeing strategies and initiatives.

  • Provide leadership and day-to-day management of a team of health, safety and wellbeing specialists across multiple sites and services.
  • Develop, implement and review health, safety and wellbeing frameworks, policies and procedures to establish a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership capabilities in cultivating a positive safety culture.
  • Strong technical expertise and knowledge in health, safety and wellbeing management systems.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a high performing HSW team to achieve strategic objectives.
