
Expert Workforce Planner

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our workforce planning efforts. As a strategic leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a national workforce strategy that aligns with business goals and client needs.
- Forecast workforce supply and demand, identifying risks, gaps, and growth opportunities, including international workforce initiatives.
- Lead workforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics to inform senior executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive targeted attraction and resourcing strategies.
- Provide expert advice on trends, workforce optimisation, and support bids and client proposals.
To succeed, you'll bring:
- A strong analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
- An understanding of key principles of workforce supply/demand modelling and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to link workforce decisions to business outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership and people development capabilities.
