Workforce Planning Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our workforce planning efforts. As a strategic leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a national workforce strategy that aligns with business goals and client needs.
  • Forecast workforce supply and demand, identifying risks, gaps, and growth opportunities, including international workforce initiatives.
  • Lead workforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics to inform senior executive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive targeted attraction and resourcing strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on trends, workforce optimisation, and support bids and client proposals.

To succeed, you'll bring:

  • A strong analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
  • An understanding of key principles of workforce supply/demand modelling and predictive analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
