About the Role: Highly competitive annual salary package of up to $66 K/annum.
Assist in preparation, coordination and management of Development Applications and roll-out development programs for private, institutional and government clients.
Assist in preparation of Statement of Environmental Effects Reports and Plans of Management.
Assist in preparation of town planning advice to clients including Town Planning Feasibility Reports.
Engage with stakeholders including key clients, public sector agencies and other professionals.
Attend site inspections as required.
Monitor trends, best practice and policy changes in town planning.
Assist in project management, pre-lodgement and community consultation coordination experience.
Learn and engage with different state planning systems across Australia.
Establish and collaborate with other professional experts including Architects, Engineers, Ecologists, Landscape Architects, and Acoustic Consultants.
