We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to driving process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify business requirements and opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather requirements and establish business objectives
  • Design and implement solutions to optimize business processes and improve customer experiences
  • Develop detailed business requirements, outlining problems, solutions, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of new processes or changes
  • Develop and manage project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
  • Ensure risk and compliance adherence while escalating issues as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within the superannuation sector
  • Profound knowledge of business processes related to superannuation, including product changes, digital transitions, SFTs, mergers, legislative changes, operational processes, and investments
  • CBAP or similar certification would be advantageous
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in Agile delivery methodologies and best practices within the superannuation industry
  • Experienced with analytical tools, such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau etc
