We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to driving process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify business requirements and opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather requirements and establish business objectives
- Design and implement solutions to optimize business processes and improve customer experiences
- Develop detailed business requirements, outlining problems, solutions, and outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of new processes or changes
- Develop and manage project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
- Ensure risk and compliance adherence while escalating issues as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within the superannuation sector
- Profound knowledge of business processes related to superannuation, including product changes, digital transitions, SFTs, mergers, legislative changes, operational processes, and investments
- CBAP or similar certification would be advantageous
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies and best practices within the superannuation industry
- Experienced with analytical tools, such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau etc
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies
