Process Improvement Specialist

The Process Improvement Specialist will analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design future state processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop process maps to visualize workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with business stakeholders to capture existing processes and systems used.
- Capture regulatory obligations, business rules, and operational controls within processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Translate member journeys into every process for the BAU teams.
- At least 3 years' experience in process improvement or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis, process design, and improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively with minimum supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
