Improving Business Processes

This is a challenging role that requires an individual who can effectively manage business processes and system improvement initiatives.
The main objective of this role is to identify process improvements and ensure that all product and process development business and functional requirements are properly specified, developed, and met during implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Process Review and Analysis
- Stakeholder Management
- Cost/Benefit Analysis and Recommendations
- Business Case Formation
- Change Impact Assessment
- Requirements Development and Testing
- Project Task Management
- Vendor Liaison and Solution Design
- Post-Implementation Review and Recommendations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum two years relevant business analyst experience
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, IT or related field
- Minimum two years managing or participating in projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience with process improvement projects
- Experience with project management tools and software
