Business Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in driving business improvement initiatives that enhance the banker and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful transformation projects, preferably in financial services. You will possess expertise in project delivery and continuous improvement processes, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Supporting the identification and prioritization of high-value opportunities for business improvement
  • Developing effective solutions that balance business objectives, including improvements in customer, colleague, and risk outcomes
  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring achievement of target business outcomes, schedule, and risk
  • Applying and continuing to develop business transformation capability to ensure adoption and application of best practices
  • Building trusted relationships to ensure high engagement and successful delivery
  • Improving and embedding tools and processes to support the analysis, delivery, adoption, and benefits tracking of transformation initiatives
  • Proactively managing risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements
