Job Title: Process Excellence Specialist

This role involves providing business process subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project goals are achieved within set timeframes and parameters.

The Process Excellence Specialist plays a key role in the project team, collaborating closely with the Implementation Project Manager, Project Delivery team, and client stakeholders to discover and document current and future process workflows, design processes based on contractual obligations, and develop training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client-facing calls such as requirements-gathering sessions
  • Map complex business processes using Visio or Lucid Charts
  • Produce process documentation, including workflows, process steps, standard operating procedures, user guides, and training content
  • Recognize and implement process improvements
  • Utilize Google tools, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Lucidcharts, SmartSheet, and/or Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, and Visio

Education and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Some training and/or experience in Project Management preferred

Additional Requirements:

  • Recruiting experience, preferably in MSP and/or RPO
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Consultative approach to working with customers
  • Experience working with and presenting to client executives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Detailed-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work within project teams to accomplish common goals
