Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Sydney team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to a high volume of inbound inquiries from potential clients
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Prepare and submit quotes to clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Secure new business leads and close deals to drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement new initiatives to increase lead flow and improve sales performance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a business-to-consumer (B2C) environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred

  • A competitive base salary of $75,000 per annum, including a company vehicle and superannuation
