The Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with our leadership team to shape and deliver initiatives that elevate our Health proposition. You'll play a key role in driving impactful outcomes in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.

Success in this role requires strong problem-solving capabilities, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery experience. You'll need a mindset focused on innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Health Distribution, Growth & Conversion strategies
  • Identify and drive strategic opportunities across the health portfolio
  • Optimise operational processes to improve member health outcomes
  • Deliver purpose-led solutions that support sustainable growth and strengthen relationships with partners and customers
  • Monitor performance against strategic goals and identify areas for optimisation
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across the health portfolio
  • Support the development and delivery of the Health Distribution Strategic Business Plan
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and business analysis
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from complex data
  • Skilled in crafting clear, concise, and compelling stakeholder presentations
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management and delivery
  • Industry experience in Financial Services, Life Insurance, and/or Health Insurance
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong commercial acumen and numeracy, with advanced problem-solving skills
