Job Title: Business Manager

St Joseph's College is seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial viability of the school and providing resources, buildings, and HR support to effectively deliver our educational program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee the school's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Human Resources: Provide HR support to the school community, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Property and Equipment: Manage the school's property and equipment, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • General Administration: Provide administrative support to the school community, including communication, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • WHS and Planning: Develop and implement WHS policies and procedures, and contribute to the development of the school's strategic plan.

Requirements:

  • Accounting qualifications.
  • Highly competent IT skills, with experience in the Administration of Schools (AOS) highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in an educational setting.
