Marketing Director Role
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead our global marketing function, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and working as part of the Senior Marketing Leadership Team. This is a rare chance to shape the strategy and market presence of a category-leading legal technology solution at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Refine and execute our global marketing strategy, plans, and budget.
  • Define and deliver go-to-market strategy in collaboration with product and sales leadership.
  • Drive significant brand development initiatives targeting legal and corporate sectors.
  • Build scalable systems, processes, and playbooks to support sustained growth.
  • Shape the long-term roadmap for our marketing function.
  • Launch product marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in B2B technology.
  • Demonstrated success leading and scaling marketing teams in high-growth environments.
  • Deep go-to-market and product marketing expertise.
  • Strong command of digital, content, and demand marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency with modern marketing platforms (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Systems-driven approach to building scalable processes.
  • Outstanding leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm to use AI tools to achieve commercial goals and increase productivity.
